Savas Software Introduces Savas Compass, a New Framework for Navigating the Pain Management Patient Journey

Savas Software, a pain management platform built by providers for providers, today announced Savas Compass, a new framework for how its products work together to support every stage of the patient journey: from identifying the right candidate for care to delivering it at the point of service.

Savas Compass organizes the Savas product suite around four directions: Identify, Authorize, Schedule, and Record. At the center sits data analytics, giving practices a single, real-time view of where every case stands, while the practice’s EMR remains the system of record underneath it.

The first product available under the Compass framework is iPAS, which checks a patient’s chart against the clinical criteria for ASC-track procedures such as diagnosis history, prior treatments, and imaging, and flags when a patient qualifies, along with the documentation needed to justify that recommendation. For clinic owners, iPAS offers a consistent, automated way to catch qualified cases that might otherwise go unidentified. For advanced practice providers, it offers a second set of eyes that surfaces candidates without adding steps to an already busy day.

‍

Two additional Compass capabilities are coming soon this winter:

Advanced Therapy Queue (ATQ), which will compile the documentation each payer requires once a procedure is ordered, reducing denials and keeping authorization organized from submission to approval.

Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), which will schedule the procedure and coordinate the surgery center around it, turning an authorized case into a seamless, on-schedule intervention.

‍

“Most EMRs ask providers to adapt to rigid, one-size-fits-all software,” said Alon Moritz, CEO of Savas Software. “Savas Compass is our answer to that: a system that actually orients around the patient, not the paperwork. iPAS is live today, and ATQ and ASC are coming soon this winter to complete the picture.”

Savas Compass reflects the company’s continued focus on the interventional pain management space, where identifying the right candidate for care, clearing the administrative path to treatment, and delivering that treatment on schedule are often handled by disconnected systems. By bringing these functions into a single framework, Savas aims to give practices — and the providers inside them — a clearer, faster path from chart to care.

iPAS is available now. ATQ and ASC are coming soon this winter. Practices interested in learning more about Savas Compass can visit https://www.savassoftware.com/ or request a demo here.
