Single Patient & Patient Population EHI Export

The Single Patient and Patient Population EHI Export in Savas is designed to enhance access and portability of health information for both patients and healthcare organizations. This export package includes multiple file sets to support both individual patient and population-level data exports.

This site details how our clients can conduct electronic health information (EHI) exports in accordance with:

CFR § 170.315(b)(10)(i)(A) – Individual Patient Export

Single Patient Export

The single patient export is accessible to authorized Savas portal users. By navigating to the administrative section of the patient record, authorized users may initiate an export by clicking the EHI Export button.

This action generates a JSON file that can be downloaded to the user's device.

Patient Population Export

Patient Population exports can be requested by contacting Savas Support. The export will be delivered in a self-extractable executable containing JSON files.

File Format Information

The file format used for exports is based on the United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) standard.
